He is the talent manager for his wife, artist and composer, Laura Sullivan.
He is the co-owner of the Indie Label, Sentient Spirit Records with music productions available on digital outlets and radio stations around the world. Eric's productions receive millions of streams every month.
Eric's film productions include Valentines Day Special (starring Jon Polito - Miller's Crossing, Barton Fink and The Big Lebowski.) Sniff the Movie directed by Barry Stone starring Neil Morrissey, Amanda Plummer, Mikey the Guide Dog, Gabby the Search and Rescue Dog, and a host of playful canines.

Eric won a Grammy@ award as a Producer of Love's River, which won Best New Age Album in the 56th annual Grammy@ awards. Platinum artist, Grammy@ winner, and founder of Windham Hill Records, Will Ackerman, was also involved in the production team on this project. Love's River remains a top seller on Amazon in New Age music, and continues to get millions of streams per month in online radio platforms.
Eric is a graduate of UC Berkeley. He is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (The Grammys®), an active member in the San Francisco Chapter, and a member of the Producers and Engineering Wing of the Recording Academy.
In addition to his work as a music producer, Eric is a Technology VP in the Silicon Valley. His other interests include athletics. He holds a black belt in Taekwondo, and enjoys skiing, hiking and riding bikes with his family.
